Since the age of ten, Ajwang has had an unfailing fascination with story-telling. His short films, Dreams from Congo and Being A Child have won awards at the Moinho Cine Fest and Sabira Cole Film Festival respectively. His short story, All Is Fair, was selected as the runner-up in the 2024 Carnelian Heart Short Story Anthology. Ajwang’s debut novel, Vestibules: False Axis, explores human nature in the context of astro-politics.
When he is not writing fiction, Ajwang spends his time moonlighting as a lawyer. He lives in Nairobi, Kenya. His current work in progress is a historical crime thriller which is planned for release in early 2027.
